Grandfather clocks
No other timepiece embodies the tradition of the clockmaker’s craft better than the grandfather clock. Grandfather clocks can vary greatly in design and materials depending on the year of manufacture and clock manufacturer. While classic models are often made of fine wood and metals and feature richly decorated dials, modern grandfather clocks occasionally use simpler materials for an innovative and sometimes even futuristic look.
