Regulator R1690

This regulator R1690 from Helmut Mayr combines elaborate, traditional clock technology with a contemporary look.

The case is finished in darkened cherry wood or completely black lacquered with fine metal inlays in the head, base and back panel:

• Dimensions: Height x width x depth: 73.5 x 23.5 x 11.5 cm
• black/silver dial
• all crystals bevelled
• Wooden surfaces varnished by hand with multiple intermediate sandings
• Selected cherry wood
• Solid, high-gloss nickel-plated brass hinges

This wall clock features the newly developed, exclusive 16-jewel HMW111 pulley movement with 1/2 hour chime and strike train silencer. The finely decorated dial in stainless steel has blued steel hands, while the black dial version has fine steel hands and contrasting luminova numerals and hour bars. On request, we can also supply this clock with traditional genuine enamel dials.

Like all HELMUT MAYR regulators, this wall clock features handmade weights with solid turned covers and backs and a continuous carbon fiber rod pendulum with a solid, diamond-milled pendulum disc.
