Description

Classica Secunda 1995 M

THE ART OF CLOCKMAKING – TECHNICAL DETAIL AND UNCOMPROMISING AESTHETICS

The appearance of the wall clock Classica Secunda 1995 M (black) from Erwin Sattler is characterized by an openwork dial in the seconds circle, which provides a view of the gold-plated gear wheels. Other loving details include the star-shaped stainless steel gear bridge and the elaborately hand-cambered, polished and blue tempered poire hands. A crystal in the roof allows light to enter and illuminate the inside of the clock from above. Precious woods enclose the precise movement and complete the timeless work of art.

With an accuracy of approx. one to two seconds per month and the 30-day movement, the Classica Secunda 1995 M also offers top technical performance. The Graham escapement with jewel pallets guarantees an even transfer of energy to the pendulum. Gold-plated wheels, shafts made of special Swedish steel, five ball bearings and eleven ruby hole stones in two movement plates made of four-millimeter-thick hard brass increase the efficiency and durability of this “clock for generations”.

It takes an average of two years to manufacture all the individual parts for a precision pendulum clock. The exclusive small series demonstrate the traditional approach and attention to detail that contribute to the quality of the handmade clocks. With the wall clock Classica Secunda 1995 M (black), Erwin Sattler continues the great tradition of precision pendulum clocks in an impressive way.
