More than 40 years ago, Helmut Mayr from the Upper Bavarian town of Andechs began to enrich the large clock market, which had long been dominated by simple mass-produced goods, with high-quality clocks – Helmut Mayr clocks. With their mechanical movements and fine details, these clocks harked back to the days before the industrial mass production of timepieces. High-quality, durable and therefore sustainable objects are more appropriate than ever for our times.
Helmut Mayr Uhren GmbH, based in Schramberg in the Black Forest since 2011, is fully committed to this philosophy.

At the new location of Helmut Mayr Uhren GmbH, once a center of clock production, large mechanical clocks are developed, produced and distributed. Only the highest quality cases are combined exclusively with mechanical movements. For the regulators, a pulley movement produced according to the company’s own concept in elaborate small series production is used, which guarantees maximum reliability and longevity with precisely manufactured components, ruby and miniature ball bearings.
